Quad Cities Area Alumni Chapter Kickoff

On Friday, March 23rd, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Abbey Hotel in Bettendorf, IA, the UDAA Quad Cities Area Alumni Chapter met for the first time! This event was hosted by Stacey (Gassmann) Ruff, C’95, and Jon “Jack” Michaelsen, S’97.
This chapter kickoff party was truly a success, despite the flash flood warnings, with over thirty people in attendance. Way to go Quad Cities! The group spanned the decades with graduates from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 80’s and 90’s.
Many of our alums were surprised to discover so many UD graduates lived in the area and are looking forward to encouraging more people to attend the next event.
