Van Vliet HallMoving On Up!

The Advancement Offices of the University of Dubuque have moved! Vacating Severance Hall during the beginning of February, we are now officially up and running in Van Vliet Hall.

Van Vliet Hall was built in 1926 and was originally known as “The Seminary Building.” Located within this historic building was the Urbach Library, Guy Memorial Chapel, offices and classrooms. During the late 80’s, Van Vliet Hall was given an “extreme makeover” and currently houses the Advancement, Academic, and Athletic offices, along with the University’s mail center.

One of the University’s original buildings, Van Vliet Hall is named after the University’s founder, Adrian Van Vliet. It is only fitting that the Alumni Office is now located under its roof. Please feel free to stop by and check out our new digs!
