101.1 FM - The River broadcasts Spartan Football

The University of Dubuque is proud to announce the addition of 101.1 FM – The River as a broadcast partner for this fall's football schedule. The River will broadcast University of Dubuque football games beginning at 12:45 p.m. every Saturday of the football season. We will still be streaming the contests via the Internet, but we have added the ability to download the broadcasts as a Podcast which will enable fans to listen on portable digital music players. We’re looking forward to working with Mr. Tim Lary as our announcer this school year and value his reputation for excellence in sports broadcasting. This late-breaking opportunity fits our needs very well and, with the support of President Bullock, we are able to provide first-rate, tri-state broadcast exposure.
